JIR SHOOTING SHED
This one-of-a-kind shooting barn was built with reclaimed lumber salvaged directly from the ranch property, giving it an authentic character that can’t be replicated. The open-air covered structure features exposed timber rafters, built-in shooting benches, and steel-mounted shooting tables designed for both comfort and precision. Antler hardware sourced from the ranch adds a truly personal touch, carrying the spirit of the land into every detail.
JRR Residence

RMR Residence
The RMR residence is a 4,863 square foot, three bedroom and two bath custom-built home. It has an attached three-car garage, with office space above. Completed in 2018, this home features a master suite with a large walk-in-closet, a custom metal staircase, exposed beams and a steel-faced fireplace.
Headwaters Condos
These work/live condos located in Three Forks offer multiple options with the large 1200 sq/ft finished shop space on the lower level. The upper level features a 3 bed/2 bath layout including a well appointed kitchen which opens to the living room and outdoor deck. This project consisted of 8 completed units in 2 buildings featuring modern finishes and clean lines.
Ranch Hunting Cabin
BBG was contracted to build roads and renovate/expand existing ranch structures. The project included the construction of 2.5 miles of new roads & driveways (including the installation of cattle guards and cross fencing for pasture separation), the complete renovation of the original ranch house, and a rustic addition and renovation to a 900 square foot off-grid hunting cabin. The ranch house was a complete remodel; taken down to the studs and finished with moderate interiors. The Hunting Cabin was renovated to match the original, old rustic look and a bath/master suite addition was constructed to blend into the original rustic look of the cabin. The hunting cabin was also outfitted with off-grid power systems and water/sewer utilities were installed for full functionality off the grid.
BSR Residence
The BSR residence is a nearly 4,000 square foot, three bedroom, two and a half bath custom home with attached two car garage in Bozeman. Completed in 2016, it features lighted art niches, custom tile bathroom, arched doorways, two hidden storage window seats, and many other custom touches.
Bungalow Houses
To best use the larger lots in the Buttleman subdivision on the edge of the city limits in Three Forks, BBG Contractors designed, built and sold seven 1400 square foot, single level homes in late 2018 and early 2019. These 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes featured a triple car garage, open concept kitchen/living/dining with vaulted ceilings, mudroom, covered back deck and covered front porch.
Front Street Townhomes
A conveniently located collection of ten townhomes in downtown Three Forks. Each functionally designed unit features three bedrooms, two baths, just over 1500 SF, a two car attached garage, laundry room, and stainless steel appliances. Residents will enjoy easy single level living with a low maintenance yard that includes underground sprinklers.
HKR Residence
The HKR Residence is a 3,448 square foot custom-built home with two bedrooms and two baths with an unfinished basement and an attached two-car garage. Completed at the beginning of 2019, it features vaulted ceilings, a walk-out basement, and an open concept living space with expansive views of the Jefferson River Valley.

1501 square foot single family home in Westside Trails just outside of Three Forks, MT. This is one of several available floor plans thoughtfully designed with an open concept living/kitchen/dining. It has 3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms. Kitchen with an island, pantry and stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. Includes a triple garage, over an acre and views for miles. BBG works very closely with the Westside Trails developer to build 10-25 spec houses per year.

Wheatland Meadows
New construction of six residential homes ranging from 1,510 SF to 3,000 SF. Work included all water and septic , gas utilities, excavations, structural import fills, concrete foundations, wood framing, masonry, trim carpentry, flooring, doors windows, shingle roofing, insulation, painting, siding, appliances, cabinets, plumbing electrical, HVAC, asphalt & concrete paving, and final landscaping with irrigation.
