Was created by Bridger Brewing to service the intersection of I-90 and Highway 287 in Broadwater County. The water treatment system project will allow development of commercial and multifamily properties in the area.

Sunlight Business Park
The Sunlight Business Park 3 project was the construction of a 2,400 square foot custom industrial warehouse that consists of two separate warehouse spaces. Complete in July of 2019, it features industrial R&D electrical components, bathrooms, compressor facilities, concrete paving/parking and finished interiors.
Mekel Land and Cattle Company - Pony, MT
The intent of this project was to build useful structures with a rustic look. It included new construction of a calving barn & equipment storage facilities, along with renovation to existing agricultural buildings, totaling over 8,00 square feet. The old calving barn was repaired and made structurally sound, the machine shop was expanded and clad with rustic finishes, and the calving barn was improved to incorporate living quarters. Other improvements included elevated views of stalls, tack facilities, wash facilities, radiant in-floor heating, stained concrete floors and corral systems. Utilities and the septic system were upgraded and installed to all buildings.

WHT Shop
The WHT Shop project was the construction of a 40×60 shop shell with a 12-foot lean-to shed roof. Completed in June of 2019, it includes steel ceiling and wall liner panels and LED lighting fixtures.

Circle S Seeds + Aeration
“A fairly complex and difficult roof system remodel that several other builders had declined or told us could not be done. The project was completed quickly and on budget. The jobsite was kept immaculately clean and safe, which was important given that we still had to operate our business during the remodel.
We also had them construct and erect some 3500 bushel steel grain bins the next year. Again, the project was completed on time and on budget with the same cleanliness and emphasis on safety. We had a different crew onsite for this job and they were just as courteous, conscientious, and professional as the roof remodel crew.”
